• This is a centre hat/bell made of extra lightweight 7075 aircraft aluminium, which reduces unsprung weight for improved vehicle handling and minimizes heat transfer to the wheel hubs.
• This hat is made of anodised aluminium which prevents rust and improves its appearance.
• The process of heat treatment cycles helps to realign the microstructure of iron, which leads to improved stability and durability of the rotor.
• Our core castings feature a center split design that enhances heat transfer and thermal efficiency.
• The disc has a polished finish, which decreases the disc thickness variation and the possibility of pad “knock” that can cause early wear.
• HIGH-CARON IRON –This formulation enhances the interaction with KPR’s thermal stability profiling and improves the rotor’s ability to withstand constant and extreme heat for extended periods.
